Shaheed Sheikh Bhikhari College of Education, Sutiyamble, Kanke, Ranchi (Jharkhand) is established and managed by PRSNM Charitable Trust for Human Welfare. It is recognized by NTCE Bhubaneswar under Ranchi University to provide education in B.Ed Course to the Students both boys and girls. The prime objectives of this B.Ed College is to produce Qualitative teacher having high morality, Their all round distance of 10 km form Ratu Road Chowk and 17 km from Ranchi Railway Station. The College is situated in a beautiful and natural surrounding Sutiyambe in Kanke Road. The College is situated at a distance of 10 km from Ratu Road Chowk and 17 km from Ranchi Railway Station.

The Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) degree has become a mandatory qualification for teaching at the secondary Level (classes 6 to 10) known as TGT and higher secondary (10+2 or classes 11 and 12) levels known as PGT in India.
Admission in B.Ed course shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test conducted by JCECEB. as per the policy of Ranchi University, Ranchi and Government of Jharkhand, as changed from time to time.
The course is for one academic session starting from July each year. There shall be at least 200 teaching days, in a year exclusive of admission, examination etc. Beside every trainee shall be required to undergo an internship in teaching (including practice teaching and skill development) for at least (A weeks in 1st year and 16 weeks in 2nd year) is nearby secondary/ senior secondary schools as per allotment.
Educational Qualification: As per NCTE norms, a candidate should have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate at B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. i.e. Bachelor Degree Examinations or Master Degree from any recognized university.
